Visit my studio by appointment in Port Angeles, Washington

Hello!  I create hand-hammered copper sculpture, mostly salmon and other sea life native to Pacific NW waters. My work ranges from necklaces to 54” jumping salmon, crab, ravens, finials, weathervanes, signs, fountains, and one-of-a kind compositions.  Several of my large pieces are easily viewed in and around Port Angeles, Washington.

Self-taught, I hammer sheet copper freehand, heating and working each piece many times to

reach the desired shape. A torched and/or traditional oxidized patina is most often

finished with a tough automotive topcoat for possible outside placement. I love to

combine copper with hand-carved cedar, abalone, and/or stone to create

mixed-media pieces. I accept commissions of any size, and would be

glad to work with you to create your personal vision.

My new website is in the works, finally, but in the meantime please phone me

with your questions, requests, or to place an order. E-mail me if you would

like me to send you photos and info on what I have available in the realm

of your interest.

                                                                                     Thanks for stopping by!
